Taker: A user who places an order at a specified price that immediately matches an existing order in the order book.

30-day total trading volume

30-day total volume = 30-day spot volume + (30-day futures volume × 40%)

This includes spot and futures copy trading volume.

14D avg GT holdings

GT holdings are based on the average daily GT holdings over the last 14 days (including amount in spot and margin accounts and locked portion in orders).

VIP asset volume

Each cryptocurrency is assigned a weight when calculating your account's asset value for VIP upgrades.

Once you meet the 30-day total trading volume requirement, you can upgrade and maintain that status for 60 days.

If your GT holdings meet the required level, you can upgrade; however, if your holdings fall below the required level, you will not retain the upgraded status.

If your account asset value meets the required level, you can upgrade; if it falls below the threshold, you will not retain the upgraded status.

VIP status is updated every 24 hours. If you meet any of the upgrade criteria, the system will automatically upgrade your VIP level.

If GT fee deduction is enabled, it cannot be combined with point deductions.

When point or GT balance is insufficient, the system will automatically switch to the VIP fee rate.

If VIP fee rate is selected, no additional deduction will be made from point or GT.

Maker fees for futures follow a standard VIP tiered rate and do not support point deduction.

When placing a futures taker order, you can choose between two options: the "VIP rate" or the "point deduction."

If you have points in your futures account, they will be automatically applied to cover trading fees.

The base taker fee rate when using points is 0.075%.

The effective taker fee can be reduced to as low as 0.0225% based on the maker’s negative fee rate and point purchase cost.

VIP futures taker fees and point deductions cannot be combined.

Users at VIP level 11 and above will not receive referral commissions, but they will enjoy the same fee rates as other VIP users.

Institutions that pass the evaluation and obtain the MM (Market Maker) level will have their fees deducted according to the standard MM fee rate.

The maker fee for institutions at the MM level may be adjusted periodically, depending on the market liquidity. Users can inquire with a key account manager for more details regarding these adjustments.

Daily Loan Interest Rate(floating) = Simple Earn Hourly Rate x 24 + (Simple Earn Hourly Rate x 24 x Service Fee Rate).

The platform charges an 18% service fee on the interest, but VIP users enjoy a discount.

VIP users can enjoy service fee discounts on both cross-margin and isolated-margin borrowings. No service fee is charged for the Crypto Loan.
